Man shot to death in the Bywater Monday morning - WDSU
A man was shot and killed in the Bywater neighborhood Monday morning. According to the New Orleans Police Department, the shooting happened around 11:30 a.m. in the 3600 block of St. Claude Avenue. The victim was found with a gunshot wound to his body. He died at the scene. He was later identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner's Office as 31-year-old Maurice Motten.
