Jestin 'Boogie' Kinard, a 19-year-old male, was killed on April 14, 2022, in New Orleans. On that Thursday evening at approximately 9:45 p.m., officers from the New Orleans Police Department's Fourth District were dispatched to the 3700 block of Mansfield Avenue in Algiers following reports of gunfire.
