Ronnell Owney, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on April 9, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Born on June 30, 1990, Ronnell grew up in the uptown area of New Orleans and attended Orleans Public School from Pre-K to high school.
