In the winter of 2021, the life of 29-year-old Reginald O'Keith Jones Jr., an African American man, was tragically cut short in Shreveport, Louisiana. On the evening of Sunday, December 19th, gunshots rang out on Bushnell Lane, and when the sound faded, Jones had been fatally wounded.
