In the winter of 2021, the city of Baton Rouge was unsettled by a wave of violence that claimed the life of 62-year-old Walter White, a male resident well-known in his Old South Baton Rouge neighborhood. On the afternoon of Tuesday, December 14th, White was situated outside a convenience store on Thomas Delpit Drive when the sharp retort of gunfire suddenly filled the air.
