In the Hollygrove neighborhood of New Orleans, a life was tragically cut short on December 4, 2021. Lorenzo Cortez, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot in the 3100 block of Mistletoe Street. The New Orleans Police Department responded to the scene and launched an investigation into the firearm-related homicide.
