In the early evening of November 9, 2021, the life of 18-year-old Mikhi Spears, a male student at Scotlandville Magnet High School, was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The shooting occurred around 7:06 p.m. at an apartment complex located at 10008 Ave L. Responding officers found Spears at the scene, where he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate attention, his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the location of the incident.
