In the quiet town of Saint Francisville, Louisiana, Peggy Nell Beasley Rayburn, a 70-year-old white female, lived a life centered around her family and her faith. A graduate of Baker High School and a retiree from the Riverbend Nuclear Power Plant, she was a cherished member of the First Baptist Church of St. Francisville.
