In the early morning hours of Monday, May 24, 2021, the life of Jermaine A. Cobb Sr. was tragically cut short. The 36-year-old male was discovered at approximately 5:00 a.m. in the 1400 block of Tricou Street, a residential area within the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans, Louisiana. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
