In the early morning hours of a Saturday in Port Allen, Louisiana, the life of 15-year-old Jazzimane Woods was tragically cut short. Just before 1 a.m., while visiting her aunt's apartment on N. 14th Street, the residence was riddled with bullets from the outside. Jazzimane, who was getting ready for bed at the time, was struck by multiple gunshots.
