In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 17-year-old Rodrick Cook was tragically cut short. On April 27, 2021, at approximately 12:46 a.m., gunfire erupted on Matilda Street, leaving the promising young male fatally wounded.
