In the a.m. hours of March 3, 2021, the life of 21-year-old Kaylin Rashon Williams, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a drive-by shooting in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the 2800 block of an area near Ledbetter Street and Hollywood Avenue. Williams was inside a vehicle when he was struck by gunfire.
