In the late afternoon of February 16, 2021, the sounds of gunfire shattered the quiet of a neighborhood in Abbeville, Louisiana. When police arrived at the scene on Green Street, near its intersection with South Lamar Street, they discovered a male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
