Antonio Johnson was a 38-year-old African American man whose life ended in west Shreveport, Louisiana, on the morning of January 4, 2021. Police were called just before 8 a.m. to the 5300 block of Avon Avenue, a residential stretch just off Jewella Avenue south of Interstate 20, after word spread that gunfire had erupted at a home there.
