Jamarvioun Ramount Oliver, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 3, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was found deceased in the driver's seat of a vehicle in the 2800 block of Randolph Street, located in the Werner Park neighborhood. The Caddo Parish Coroner's office identified him through fingerprint comparison.
