In the early morning hours of August 21, 2020, the life of 21-year-old Marshanda Taylor was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Responding to reports of a shooting at approximately 2:30 a.m., Baton Rouge Police arrived at a residence in the 2040 block of Goudchaux Street. Inside, they discovered that Taylor had been struck multiple times by gunfire that had been fired into the house. She succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
