In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Ruston, Louisiana, the life of 24-year-old Peter Guy, a Black/African American male, was cut short by a single gunshot. On August 9, 2020, what began as a large, boisterous party in the 400 block of Highway 146 ended in tragedy.
