In the quiet hours of a spring night in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of 30-year-old Joshua Willis was tragically cut short. On May 18, 2020, Willis was found shot in the 3300 block of Woodford Street, a residential area that would become the scene of a homicide investigation.
