In the small town of Homer, Louisiana, the life of 24-year-old Ashton 'Cutter' Nelson was abruptly and violently cut short. On the night of December 17, 2019, his body was discovered inside his vehicle on Norton Street. He had been shot multiple times in what authorities believe may have been a drug-related incident.
