In the early morning hours of August 3, 2019, the life of 32-year-old Kengarica Deonshae Jones, an African American woman, was tragically cut short in Monroe, Louisiana. The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a call and discovered Kengarica near a McDonald's on Sterlington Road, suffering from gunshot wounds.
