On a Wednesday in late March of 2019, the life of 19-year-old Kiara Elee was cut short in a fatal shooting on Brownlee Road in Eros, a community in the Calhoun area of Louisiana. The young woman, a female, died on March 27, 2019, following what authorities described as an argument. Her death prompted an investigation by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office, which quickly led to the identification of two suspects.
