In the summer of 2018, a violent encounter in Shreveport, Louisiana, set in motion a chain of events that would ultimately claim the life of Justin Lynn Kemp. On the evening of July 29th, the 36-year-old male was with an acquaintance in a vehicle parked at 4920 Jewella Avenue.
