On a Tuesday evening, the 5th of February, 2019, the life of 31-year-old Overton Tobias was tragically cut short in Laplace, Louisiana. In the Cambridge subdivision, at approximately 10:30 p.m., residents were startled by the sound of multiple gunshots.
