In the early morning hours of a January day in Eunice, Louisiana, a young man's life was tragically cut short. Oshae Isaiah Doffney, a 23-year-old male from the nearby town of Elton, was shot and killed on January 21, 2019. The incident unfolded in the 1600 block of West Vine Avenue, where Doffney had driven with at least one passenger. As he was getting out of his vehicle, he was struck by gunfire.
