In the early morning hours of September 25, 2018, the quiet of a Bossier City, Louisiana neighborhood was shattered by a fatal act of violence. Tech. Sgt. Joshua L. Kidd, a 30-year-old male, was discovered unresponsive outside his residence with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene by firefighters.
