On a Friday night in August 2018, the life of 21-year-old Devin Dunbar of Metairie, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. He was discovered under an overpass in Metairie, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to University Medical Center in New Orleans, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
