In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in May 2018, the Desire neighborhood of New Orleans was broken by the sound of gunfire. When police were called to the 3400 block of Ursula Spencer Way, they discovered a tragic scene. Inside a parked vehicle, two young men were found, both having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
