In the late hours of a Monday in New Orleans, the life of 20-year-old William Randall was tragically cut short. On May 7, 2018, at approximately 10:07 p.m., police responded to a call of an aggravated battery by shooting in the 3300 block of Garden Oaks Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered Randall suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
