In the early morning hours of a late April day in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of Ricardo Alberto Agular, a 24-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On April 27, 2018, Agular was outside an apartment on Jade Avenue with another individual when they were approached by two men. The assailants, clad in hooded sweatshirts, demanded money and then opened fire.
