In the late summer of 2017, the life of 30-year-old Samario Webb was tragically cut short on the streets of Shreveport, Louisiana. On the morning of August 23rd, police responded to a call of a shooting in the 2500 block of Grove Street. There, they discovered Webb in the roadway, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Emergency services were unable to save him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
