In the spring of 2017, the family of Joseph Michael Consonery was grappling with his unsettling disappearance. The 22-year-old male had last been seen on April 17, 2017, at his girlfriend's home in the 4800 block of Touro Street in New Orleans. After that day, all communication from him ceased, alarming his mother who was unable to reach him on his phone. A missing person report was filed with the authorities on April 19th as his loved ones anxiously awaited any news of his whereabouts.
