Bryan DeSean Stewart, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 4, 2017, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Stewart was fatally shot in the Queensborough neighborhood late that Saturday night. According to reports, Stewart was found by his nephew and a friend just after 10 p.m. as they drove north on Arkansas Avenue near its intersection with West Caperton Street after hearing shots fired.
