Valerie Dowden Wells, a 47-year-old female, found her life tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Shreveport, Louisiana. On a Monday afternoon, while in her car in the parking lot of a McDonald's, she was shot multiple times. The man who fired the fatal shots was identified as 46-year-old Robert Gaddy, who then took his own life with the same weapon. Both Wells and Gaddy were transported to a nearby hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
