On the afternoon of October 14, 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the ordinary flow of traffic on Interstate 49 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Tadarien 'Scooter' Summage, a 28-year-old male, was driving his vehicle near the Kings Highway exit when another car pulled alongside him. Without warning, shots were fired from the other vehicle, striking Summage in the head and killing him at the scene.
