In the autumn of 2016, the life of Bobby Romero Basquine III, a 22-year-old male, was violently cut short on a Tuesday night in New Orleans. The incident unfolded on October 4th, just before 9:30 p.m., in the 3700 block of Ulloa Street, a normally quiet residential area. Basquine was caught in a hail of gunfire that erupted between two groups of people who had gathered outside.
