In the late afternoon of September 29, 2016, a burst of violence shattered the peace on Faith Street in Roseland, Louisiana, leaving a young man dead and another wounded. The life of 21-year-old Kevin Griffin of Hammond was cut tragically short in the attack. He was an African American male.
