In the summer of 2016, a wave of unrest swept across the nation, and in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, it culminated in a tragic event that would forever alter the lives of many. On the morning of July 17th, East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Corporal Nicholas 'Nick' Tullier, a dedicated law enforcement officer, was ambushed and shot while responding to a call of a man armed with a rifle.
