In the late hours of a Saturday night in Natchitoches, Louisiana, the life of 18-year-old Justin Walker, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On May 28, 2016, at approximately 11:09 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the night on Thomas Street, near the intersection of Howell Street.
