Gerrell Lee Jr., a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on February 9, 2016, in Hammond, Louisiana. The incident occurred while Lee was a passenger in a vehicle near the intersection of Rufus Bankston Road and Wardline Road. The driver of the car reported hearing a popping sound and then discovered that Lee had been shot.
