An African American man, Ivan Webb, 46, was discovered deceased in his Monroe, Louisiana, office on September 29, 2015. Webb, the proprietor of Coach's Bail Bonds on Arizona Street, was found alongside an employee, Catrina Wallace, who had also been fatally shot.
