In the evening hours of an autumn day in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a young man's life was tragically cut short. Twenty-one-year-old Calvin Chrisentary was shot on October 13, 2014, on Madison Avenue. Responding officers from the Baton Rouge City Police Department arrived at the scene to find a grim tableau: a white lighter, headphones, and suspected blood on the side of the road.
