In the late hours of a Tuesday in May 2014, the life of 16-year-old Hector Dotey was tragically cut short. The young male was in Hammond, Louisiana, when he became the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident, which unfolded on Cason Road, was reported to the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office at approximately 10:45 p.m. on May 20th.
