Arthur Francis, a 31-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on April 10, 2014, in New Orleans, Louisiana. His death was widely reported, and he was remembered fondly by his family and friends. Arthur was born on August 11, 1982, and was a graduate of Frederick Douglas High School and Spartan College in Tulsa, OK. He is survived by his siblings Christopher, Crystal, Daniel Francis, and Delilah F. King, as well as his late brother James L. Francis, Sr.
