On a spring evening in Alexandria, Louisiana, the life of DelRico Lamont Anderson, a 23-year-old Black male, was cut tragically short. On March 13, 2006, while driving down Third Street, a vehicle pulled alongside his, and the sound of gunfire shattered the night. Anderson was struck by the hail of bullets and fatally wounded in the driver's seat of his car.
