Tony O'Neal Blackmon, a 45-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2021, in Laurinburg, North Carolina. The incident occurred just after midnight when officers from the Laurinburg Police Department responded to a call about a gunshot victim in the 500 block of Wagram Street.
