Joshua Adams Garner, an 18-year-old male from Durham, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 5, 2021. Garner was found inside a silver car with its doors and windows smashed. The incident occurred on Kirby Street near Chowan Avenue around 7 a.m. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered Garner deceased inside the vehicle. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately treated as a homicide by the Durham Police Department.
