Marcus Okoye Withers, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 10, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred on Skyland Avenue, where Withers was found shot multiple times in the yard of a home. He was rushed to Atrium Health's Carolina Medical Center by Medic, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
