Roman Kichigin, a 15-year-old boy, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the parking lot of an apartment complex near Milton Road in east Charlotte. Roman, who was of Caucasian descent, was shot during an attempted armed robbery. The shooting took place just after 5 p.m., and Roman tried to drive away from the scene. However, he was found by investigators in a crashed car and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
