Tiyquasha Antwonique Simuel, a 24-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot to death on June 12, 2019, in Asheville, North Carolina. The incident occurred at Deaverview Apartments in West Asheville, where up to 30 shots were fired according to 911 call transcripts.
