Brian Rashad Wiley, a 31-year-old African American male, was found dead in the parking lot of the Foxfire apartment complex in Durham, North Carolina, on July 15, 2018. The police responded to the scene around 2 a.m. and discovered Wiley's body with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The police erected yellow crime scene tape around part of the parking lot as they investigated the killing.
